Products and Availability

We do our best to display our products, including colours and details, as accurately as possible. Screens vary, so we cannot guarantee that your device shows colours exactly as they appear in person. All products are subject to availability and we may withdraw or change any item at any time.

Pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address. The total you pay, including any tax, is shown before you confirm your order. Shipping is free. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before you place an order. If we find an error in the price of something you have ordered, we will contact you and let you choose to continue at the correct price or cancel.

Orders

When you place an order you receive an email confirming we have received it. That email is an acknowledgement, not acceptance. Your order is accepted, and a contract formed, only when we dispatch the items. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there was a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.

Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order, through our secure checkout. We do not store your full card details. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and in the footer of our site.

Shipping and Returns

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy and your right to return items is covered in our Return and Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Maison Alle or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maison Alle is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
